Phillip Spiteri

Phillip is a hard-working professional who has a passion for property. His friendly, down to earth approach and values of honesty and trust are some of the qualities he has to offer.

Phillip’s career started as a Finance professional, having worked in a number of senior Finance and commercial roles over a 25-year career. Over the past 20 years he has used his commercial skills and passion to build wealth for himself and his family through investing in the property market, having bought and sold a number of properties and built an extensive property portfolio in the Geelong, Lara and Surfcoast area.

Phillip, along with his wife and 3 children, have lived in Lara for the past 13 years and prior to that in East Geelong and Little River. Having lived in the Region, Phillip has had first-hand experience of what Lara, Geelong and surrounds have to offer.

Helping others also succeed in the property market, weather it be buying their own home or an investment property is why Phillip became a Buyers Agent. Making sure the property ticks all the client’s needs and doesn’t cost them more than it should is what he strives to achieve with every client.
